The London Fire Brigade received multiple calls to a workshop alight behind a row of shops in Green Lanes, Dagenham, East London at 20:00hrs this evening (10th May 2005). Upon the arrival of the LFB Two Women were calling from a window on the first floor above the shop, they were rescued by Crews by ladder. The Fire was brought under control within an hour. The cause is still being investigated.
