Two paramedics have died after early morning rollover crash in Florida

Jupiter police tell WPTV News two paramedics are dead after a rollover crash involving a car this morning in Jupiter.

WPTV reports the crash happened at 3 a.m. at Philadelphia Drive in front of Colonial Plaza.

According to reports, Capt. Albert Borroto said firefighters had to use extrication tools to remove those trapped inside.

WPTV reports the third victim, the car’s driver, sustained non-life threatening injuries and was transported to the hospital.

A witness on the scene tells WPTV the car executed a U-turn and hit the ambulance.

“The red car went to make a U-turn and the ambulance was in the middle where you make a U-turn. The red car pulled out right in front of him. He got hit on the passenger’s side,” Ramon Chapa tells WPTV.

According to WPTV, names of those involved in the crash have not been released.
