Support the nearly 40 IAFF members participating in the Marine Corps Marathon in Washington, DC on October 30, 2005. IAFF members and their families are needed on race day to work one of the 12 water stops along the 26.2-mile course.
The IAFF designated water stop is Water Point 7 (at Jefferson Drive, SW, between 12th and 14th Streets, SW.) The IAFF needs approximately 50 people from 8:45 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. to pass out water, offer snacks and cheer loudly for the members of the IAFF Burn Foundation Marathon Team.
