Islamic State propaganda entity Quraysh encouraged followers to use the wrath of Mother Nature to create chaos in the Western world, making it arguably cheaper than ever to devastate an entire state.
According to the Daily Mail, the posters were spotted and reported by the Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI).
ISIS has reveled in the chaos caused by wildfires in recent memories, in many cases claiming that the blazes are an act of God.
