Centralia Fire Department put three of its new career firefighter/paramedics through some intense training at Olympia Fire Department’s Mark Noble Training Facility.

The 8,500 square foot tower becomes an inferno thanks to hundreds of propane burners inside.

It also comes complete with powerful fans that remove heat and smoke immediately as a safety precaution.

Multiple Washington-based fire departments send its crews to the facility to complete training.

Here’s an inside look at some of the training our new career firefighter/paramedics and volunteer firefighters participated in yesterday at Olympia FD’s Mark Noble Training Facility.

Along with live-fire training, firefighters can also simulate hose deployment, search and rescue, ground ladder, and rope rescue training.
