At 3:39 on Sunday morning September 11th the Fannett-Metal Fire and Ambulance Co, Inc Box Alarm 12-01 was dispatched for a building fire at 21169 Cross Road. Units arrived on scene at the St. Marys Our Lady of Refuge Catholic Church with a working fire. Defensive operations were established immediately due to heavy fire already through the roof. ATF and State Police investigators are still investigating but it is not believed to be suspicious. The box was cleared at 8:17.
