Children playing with lighter spark fire that damages East Topeka duplex

Oct. 20--An East Topeka duplex fire that did an estimated $40,000 damage late Monday afternoon appeared to have been ignited accidentally by children playing with a lighter, said Topeka Fire Marshal Todd Harrison.
