1) Do we sell our photos?
We don't buy or sell any of the photos.
2) Will any of the photos we receive be used in any print newspapers or magazines?
No.
3) How do I purchase photos?
If you would like to purchase a photo, just click on the active link next to the photographer's web site, if they have one. If photographer does not have a web site linked to the photo(s), just e-mail us and we will forward that information to the owners of the photos.
4) How often is the newsletter sent out?
Members can select the frequency of your email alerts:
- Once A Day
- Once A Week
- As It Happens
5) How do I modify my subscriptions to the newsletter or to unsubscribe?
Just Click Here and log-in.
6) Do we sell members e-mail addresses?
We will NEVER, EVER sell any member's email address. Period.
7) I'm unable to read my newsletter.
To view our newsletter, you must have HTML enabled in your e-mail program.
For example:
Outlook - Click on Tools/Options/Security/Uncheck block images and other external content In HTML email.
Yahoo Mail - Click on Options/General Preferences/Messages/Security/Uncheck block HTML graphics in email messages from being downloaded.
8) Why am I getting pop-up ads?
We do not present our users with pop-ups or any other non-contextual advertising. Nor do we send email to our users. If you see or receive one of these items, it is coming from an outside source, either as a result of something you have previously downloaded or as an "exit" pop-up from the site you just visited. It is not coming from our site.
9) Do you sell your fire department directory mailing list?
Yes, in the United States only. Our data files are exported in Microsoft Excel format and contain the following fields:
- Fire Department Name
- Street Address
- City, State, Zip Code
- Fire Department Type
- Number of Stations
